NMMT BusTracker 4.7

Taking a significant step towards enhancing the public transportation experience for commuters, Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport has introduced the NMMT application.

The application is currently accessible only on the Android platform in its initial release phase, featuring the following limited capabilities:

• NMMT Bus Stop Details:
• User can view nearby bus stops and estimated walking times.
• User can select any bus route according to their travel plan or needs from the available services at that bus stop.

• Real-Time ETA/ETD:
• User can monitor real-time bus arrival and departure times for all buses passing through their selected bus stop.

• Real-Time Vehicle Location Tracking and Schedule:
• User can track the last stop of the bus and the expected arrival time of the selected bus at all upcoming stops.
• User can access details of all scheduled buses at the chosen bus station for a specific route to plan their journey efficiently.

• Alarm Feature:
• User can set an alarm to alert them to disembark at a pre-defined stop before reaching it. The device will vibrate based on the user-set time.

• Favorite Route:
• User can save a favorite route from a preferred bus stop based on their travel needs and access detailed information about this favored route conveniently from the menu.

• Information Sharing:
• User can share their travel information, like bus numbers and current location, with others via WhatsApp and SMS.
• User can stay updated on the latest announcements regarding NMMT's services and offerings.
